Padeia subprocessors

Padeia AS engages a limited number of subprocessors to deliver, maintain, and support our services. Each subprocessor listed below may process personal data under our instructions and with appropriate safeguards in place.

This list is maintained in accordance with our Data Processing Agreements and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Current Subprocessors

Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.

• Service: Microsoft Azure (Cloud infrastructure and hosting)
• Location: EU (West Europe / North Europe)
• Purpose: Hosting of the Padeia SaaS platform and storage of customer data
• Safeguards: GDPR compliant, ISO 27001/27018 certified

Contractors via Padeia UAB

Padeia AS engages software developers and technical personnel through its Lithuanian subsidiary, Padeia UAB. These individuals may access personal data strictly under the direct control and instructions of Padeia AS.

Important clarification:The companies that provide these individuals do not have access to the personal data and are therefore not classified as subprocessors. Only the individual professionals engaged through Padeia UAB access the data, in the same way as internal staff.

Notifications and Objections

We will update this page when subprocessors are added or changed. If you are a Controller with a current agreement with us, you may subscribe to updates or object to new subprocessors within 30 days of notice, per our Data Processing Agreement.
